About Ethos

Vision

To make disciples as Jesus Christ commanded.

Mission

To develop a discipleship culture by training, equipping and empowering believers.

Ethos Ministry believes there are basic principles that guide our lives. These principles must be demonstrated in every area of our lives, and they must never be compromised. These principles must reflect everything we are and everything we are a part of.

Everyone has a marketplace. Your marketplace is the place where you can influence the very things around you. You must embrace this, even when you feel you are not qualified. The very things you do in your life are a part of your marketplace, the place you are called—places like the gym, the grocery store, your neighborhood, etc.

These places in your life are not by accident. God has given you these, what are you doing with these things? Here is where we can help you minister in your marketplace.

We continue to develop programs that can help people on the journey of growth and getting to the place they need to be. People must have desire to be better and to commit to change to see greater results in their life. There is a saying…” crisis brings about change and change brings about crisis.” Programs do not change people, what programs do is cast a light on the specific areas or issues where people are challenged.

Programs and people assist us on the journey of life.

Often programs never explain that accountability is essential for development and growth. There needs to be a mechanism by which we are held to a higher standard. Jesus is the standard. We believe our focus must shift from our current position to the place we desire to be. We must set goals and maintain a steady course to achieve the desired result. “Goals not written down are nothing more than a dream.”

Keep it simple and concise so that we can live, learn, and pass on our legacy for generations to come.
