About the Founder: Michael Ales

Michael Ales is devoted to leading the charge of training and discipling people to better understand their role as an influencer and leader in their marketplace. A person’s marketplace is their place of employment, the gym, their family, friends, service groups, etc.

Michael has trained leaders around the world on the mission field. He has served in ministry for over 35 years and has built businesses and has worked in the corporate world for decades. While continuing his education, Michael volunteers at Vision International University along with other organizations.

Michael believes that God calls us to be faithful not successful. Success comes from us being faithful. Bearing lasting fruit in what we do and is proof that comes out of our desire to serve Him first and to serve others.
