Core Value: Accountable

We are accountable to God. He has placed us in a position to train and disciple the people around us. Accountability is expressed in our words, our actions, and our deeds. Where no accountability is, people will cast off restraint and do whatever feels good. We will always place ourselves in the position of accountability. The Bible tells us:

Where there is no COUNSEL, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

– Proverbs 11:14 (KJV)

Accountability must always be present, or things will go array. Things will become gray instead of black or white.

The LORD brings the COUNSEL of the heathen to nothing:
he makes the devices of the people of no effect.
The COUNSEL of the LORD stands forever,
the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

– Psalm 33:10-11

Ethos Ministry is governed by God and held accountable to Him by an executive board that sees to it that Making Ways walks the path that God has laid before us.
